Therapy that begins with understanding.

I’m Gwendolyn Jones, a therapist, coach, and supervisor based in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.
I’ve been supporting people through change, challenge, and self-discovery for over 25 years, working with individuals and relationships across many walks of life.

My approach is collaborative and human. I believe therapy works best when you feel understood — not analysed.
That means sessions are conversational, compassionate, and shaped by what matters most to you.

My Approach

Therapy with me is pluralistic. This means I draw from several evidence-based approaches and tailor them to each person or couple I work with.
I’m trauma-aware, neuroaffirming, and sex-positive, which means I pay attention to safety, accessibility, and the many ways identity shapes our experiences.

I’m particularly experienced in supporting people exploring neurodivergence, intimacy and identity, emotional overwhelm, and relational patterns that feel stuck or painful.

At its heart, my work is about helping you reconnect with yourself so you can make choices that feel more aligned and grounded in who you truly are.

A little more about me:

I’m neurodivergent myself and bring that understanding into my work as a foundation of empathy and accessibility.

I understand the effort it can take to reach out, to sit with vulnerability, or to make change while balancing everyday life.

Therapy, for me, is about creating a space where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and begin to find your own rhythm again.
